    传统的经皮能量传输系统大多采用开环系统,充电过程中患者要尽量保持不动,否则会导致线圈错位或翻转,影响接收 功率导致不能正常充电。 针对上述问题,本文首先采用 LCC-S 拓扑结构实现了接收端恒压特征,然后基于互感估计和原边功率 补偿的方法实时调节发射端发射功率对接收端电压进行控制。 仿真和体外实验结果显示,该系统可以使得接收端输出电压在 锂电池整个充电过程中恒定不变;该系统可以允许接收线圈在轴向偏移 25 mm 内、横向偏移 22 mm 内、翻转角度 80°内进行有 限姿态变化,使得患者可以在充电过程中适量运动,大大提高了经皮能量传输系统的稳定性与可靠性,对人工肛门括约肌系统 的进一步应用有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    Many conventional transdermal energy transmission systems are designed as open-loop systems. It is crucial for patients to maintain stillness during the charging process since any movement can lead to misalignment or flipping of the coil. This can adversely affect the power received and disrupt the normal charging procedure. Regarding the above-mentioned issues, the LCC-S topology was used to achieve constant voltage characteristics at the receiver end. Then, a method based on mutual inductance estimation and primaryside power compensation was employed to dynamically adjust the transmit power at the transmitter end and effectively control the voltage at the receiver end. The simulation and in vitro experimental results demonstrate that this system can maintain a constant output voltage at the receiving end throughout the entire charging process of the lithium battery. The system allows for limited positional changes of the receiving coil, including axial displacement within 25 mm, lateral displacement within 22 mm, and rotation within an angle of 80°. This enables patients to engage in moderate movement during the charging process, greatly improving the stability and reliability of the transcutaneous energy transfer system. It has significant implications for the further application of artificial anal sphincter systems.
