    现有的大尺寸带翼飞行器质心测试方法在精度和效率上无法兼顾。 针对该问题,提出了一种质心测量新方法,并研制 了一套质量质心测试系统。 该系统采用激光跟踪仪用于得到测量设备坐标系与产品坐标系的转换关系,解决了现有的小角度 翻转法的原理弊端,从根本上提高了测量精度。 本方法的优势在于进行产品测量时候只需测量一组产品关键点及测试设备参 考点坐标,相对于现有的坐标定位-称重法,提高了测量效率。 仿真结果表明,倾斜角度为 15°时,质心测量标准不确定度低于 1. 91 mm,实验结果表明,相对于传统方法,采用本方法测得质心误差减小了 1 / 3 左右。

    Abstract:

    The precision and efficiency cannot be balanced with the existing centroid measurement methods of the large winged aircraft. To address this problem, a new mass centroid measurement method is proposed and a mass centroid testing system is designed. The system uses a laser tracker to obtain the conversion relationship between the coordinate system of the measuring equipment and the product coordinate system, which solves the principle drawbacks of the existing small-angle flip method. In this way, the measurement accuracy is fundamentally improved. The advantage of this method is that the system only needs to measure a set of product key points and reference point coordinates of test equipment, which improves the measurement efficiency compared with the existing coordinate positioning-weighing method. Simulation results show that when the tilt angle is 15°, the standard uncertainty of the centroid measurement is less than 1. 91 mm. Compared with the traditional methods, experimental results show that the error of the centroid measured by this method is reduced by about 1 / 3.
